Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design of next-generation AI systems optimized for the 2026 computing paradigm, integrating quantum-classical hybrid models.
- Lead Research and Development initiatives in advanced machine learning algorithms, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Define and implement technical roadmaps for our neural infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex scientific concepts into user-centric applications.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI practices across all deployed solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software architecture, machine learning, and large-scale system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
