The Future is Now. Nexus 2026 Labs is pioneering the next generation of artificial intelligence and quantum computing integration. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI & Quantum Architect to spearhead the technical roadmap for our flagship 2026 product suite.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical machine learning applications, designing systems that will define the technological landscape of the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructures that leverage quantum computing capabilities.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Conduct research and development in advanced neural networks and quantum algorithms.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize model performance and ensure system reliability in edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong theoretical background in quantum mechanics.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex development cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
