Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen autonomous agents and generative models.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale distributed computing clusters, focusing on Kubernetes orchestration and microservices.
- Optimize neural network training pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference speeds for edge devices.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies that align with our 2026 product roadmap.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with evolving data governance regulations.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools such as Terraform, Docker, and serverless frameworks.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a focus on infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed system design.
- Proven track record of scaling systems to handle billions of requests per second.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, and serverless architectures.
- Experience with database technologies including SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
