Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads and real-time processing.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Future Tech.
- Model Optimization & Deployment: Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools, focusing on latency reduction and cost efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and best practices, providing technical mentorship to junior and senior engineers alike.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging research papers and technologies into our core product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; deep experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
