Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI-driven web applications optimized for the 2026 digital landscape.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready code.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure scalable architecture for long-term growth.
- Integrate advanced machine learning models into responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
