Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and data scientists in the full software development lifecycle.
- Define the long-term technical strategy for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge deep learning models and generative AI technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation in machine learning models.
