Your Mission
As the Lead AI Architect, you will be responsible for the technical strategy and execution of Project 2026, ensuring our AI solutions are robust, efficient, and at the cutting edge of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI architectures for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-time decision-making pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to define technical requirements and roadmap.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for the AI infrastructure team.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure system integrity and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, edge computing, and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience deploying and optimizing LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) in production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with security best practices in AI development.
