Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for Project 2026, focusing on LLMs and generative models.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team to deliver robust, low-latency AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure cost-efficiency and speed in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience deploying and scaling large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization technologies.
