Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed for the year 2026.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in AI, NLP, and computer vision.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with all industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture.
