In this role, you will not just manage code; you will architect the neural foundations of the next generation of enterprise intelligence. You will bridge the gap between theoretical deep learning and scalable production systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Infrastructures: Design and implement robust, distributed neural network architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of cutting-edge AI models, including Transformer optimizations and multimodal learning systems.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models seamlessly into legacy and modern software ecosystems using microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment of autonomous agents.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams focused on AI safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Modeling: Proven track record in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic product roadmaps.
