You will be responsible for designing architectures that integrate advanced AI with next-gen processing power, solving problems that were previously thought impossible.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures utilizing quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers focused on the 2026 Synergy stack.
- Define technical strategy and ensure the scalability and security of core systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into technical requirements.
- Optimize data pipelines and machine learning models for real-time inference.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct advanced code reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
