Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the 2026 AI Core, a next-generation neural network designed for low-latency, high-volume decision making.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) with classical machine learning pipelines.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, researchers, and backend engineers to implement robust, fault-tolerant AI systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and prototype their application within our existing ecosystem.
- Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous agents.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
