Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural networks and generative AI models.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure aligned with 2026 goals and quantum-ready capabilities.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the AI lab.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and system robustness.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
