Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance AI infrastructure capable of scaling to petabyte-level data processing.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Oversee the optimization of model inference engines to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish coding best practices for AI/ML projects.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex technical requirements into feasible roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
