Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the long-term technical vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for next-gen applications.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Oversee the development of proprietary algorithms and machine learning models that drive our core product offerings.
- Model Optimization: Drive the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks for real-time processing.
- Technical Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed cloud systems (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think ahead and define technical strategies for future years (e.g., 2026 and beyond).
