Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures optimized for the high-performance computing demands of 2026.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of large language models and generative adversarial networks (GANs) in production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, evaluating new technologies for potential integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record of designing scalable ML systems and managing the lifecycle of complex models.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for solving ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges.
