Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable cloud-native architectures tailored for 2026 AI workloads, utilizing quantum-resistant algorithms and edge computing.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging tech trends.
- Mentor & Inspire: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and conducting code reviews that enforce high standards.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the deployment of high-performance machine learning models and optimize system latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex data needs into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data in decentralized networks.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven ability to design microservices and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Future-Forward Mindset: A strong interest in emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Generative AI, and Web3.
