Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural networks for high-volume production environments.
- Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for our AI product suite, aligning with the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system reliability and security.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
