Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen AI applications.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) capabilities and reinforcement learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of state-of-the-art LLMs, ensuring high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Specialization: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
