Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive AI and Machine Learning architecture strategy aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable distributed systems using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience leading high-performance teams and managing complex projects.
- Expert knowledge of machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
