Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities through the year 2026, aligning with business strategic goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate cutting-edge AI models.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
