Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning models and AI systems capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics, into our core platform.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI practices across all development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI or Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and technical mentoring.
