Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance with industry standards

- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS/Azure certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
