Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models using the proprietary 2026 Neural Stack.
- Optimize inference latency for real-time holographic rendering and data processing.
- Lead a diverse team of ML engineers and data scientists in research and development.
- Establish best practices for model governance, safety, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer hardware.
- Drive the technical roadmap for next-generation generative AI features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and the 2026 Neural Framework ecosystem.
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of shipping complex AI products to market.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
