Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 Horizon AI roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python and cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and lead architectural reviews to ensure code quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) into our core products.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI practices in all deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated experience leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
