Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement the core neural network architecture for our flagship products, focusing on generative models and large language models.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI development, aligning long-term research goals with business objectives for the 2026 tech horizon.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating emerging technologies like Neuro-Symbolic AI and Federated Learning to integrate them into our stack.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to envision and execute on long-term technical roadmaps with a focus on future-proofing infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
