Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design and implement scalable frameworks for autonomous agents capable of complex decision-making and task execution.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models to ensure high accuracy and low latency in production environments.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, evaluating emerging tools and methodologies for the 2026 era.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Ensure System Reliability: Implement robust monitoring, logging, and error handling to maintain 99.9% uptime for critical AI services.
- Drive Innovation: Experiment with novel architectures including ReAct, Tool Use, and Chain-of-Thought prompting strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- System Design: Strong background in designing distributed systems and APIs.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex agent behaviors and optimize prompt engineering pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
