Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the core technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Innovation Execution: Spearhead the development of novel algorithms and AI models that push the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with extensive experience in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and anticipate future technological trends relevant to the 2026 era.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
