Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for the 2026 core platform, ensuring scalability and resilience under high load.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in the design and implementation of distributed microservices.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization strategies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product and data science teams to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize system performance and latency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and cross-functional teams.
