Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop responsive design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through agile methodologies
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Assist in maintaining design documentation and style guides
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3-5 complete projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
