Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for internal and external clients.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users via phone and email.
- Monitor system alerts and report potential outages to the senior engineering team.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify bugs and improve user experience.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product releases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and the internet.
