Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end-users.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new software users.
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest feature improvements.
- Conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and web browsers.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users in simple terms.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
