Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, setting up their devices and accounts.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and solve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic familiarity with computers, tablets, and smartphones.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
