Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure project alignment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Engage in continuous learning through structured technical workshops and certification preparation.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers within the training cohort.
- Assist in database management and API integration to support core business functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
