Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, and test software applications using modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues within existing codebases to ensure system stability and performance.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback to peers and learn from their expertise.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and logically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
