As a Junior Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and helping clients discover solutions they love. You will work directly with experienced mentors who will guide you through every step of the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies.
- Track and record all client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Participate in daily sales training and team meetings to sharpen skills.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and a hunger to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
