Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and understand customer needs within the Charlotte area.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM database regarding all sales activities and interactions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales strategies and pitch decks.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
