Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new errors.
- Document test results and prepare detailed test reports.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile meetings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of computers and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SQL is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo training on our proprietary tools.
