Responsibilities

- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify policy trends and impacts
- Prepare concise policy briefs, reports, and presentations for diverse stakeholders
- Support senior analysts with legislative tracking and regulatory monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on advocacy campaigns and public comment submissions
- Assist in organizing policy forums and stakeholder engagement events
- Maintain accurate databases of policy resources and legislative updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in policy research, government, or non-profit environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS)
- Strong research abilities with experience in academic and policy literature review
- Knowledge of U.S. government structure and legislative processes
