Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using government databases, academic journals, and stakeholder interviews
- Assist in drafting policy briefs, memoranda, and legislative analysis for senior advisors
- Support stakeholder engagement activities including meetings with congressional staff and agency officials
- Prepare data visualizations and presentations translating complex policy concepts into actionable insights
- Monitor legislative developments and regulatory changes affecting key policy areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables and client communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, Public Policy, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and interpretation
