Responsibilities
- Execute social media campaigns across 3+ platforms with 95%+ engagement rate target
- Develop email marketing sequences for 15+ client accounts using Mailchimp
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and create monthly optimization reports
- Assist in SEO content creation for client blogs and landing pages
- Coordinate with design team on digital asset production
- Support community outreach initiatives for local partnerships
- Participate in agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (graduating seniors accepted)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for content management systems
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio of 3+ writing samples
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
