Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers) and software applications.
- Assist with network connectivity issues, Wi-Fi setup, and basic server maintenance.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment using inventory management software.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT team to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree or Bachelorâs degree not required).
- Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting PC hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (we support certification costs).
