Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
