- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain IT service desk ticketing system
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and basic server administration
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and maintenance projects
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through training
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment pickups/deliveries)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
