Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in service management systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex network problems

- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance projects

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
