Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory and cloud platforms.
