Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing system and remote support
- Assist with hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including patch management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with helpdesk software (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
