Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment
- Document technical processes and create user documentation
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in regular IT training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
