Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices across enterprise environments
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed troubleshooting knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols and system updates
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers, AV systems, and cloud services
- Conduct user training on new software implementations and security best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot systematically
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service mindset with patience and adaptability
- Valid US driver's license for occasional client site visits
