Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with network troubleshooting, system configurations, and security protocols
- Manage asset inventory and documentation of IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations
- Conduct routine maintenance on servers, workstations, and peripherals
- Participate in IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
